On June 30th 2010, EA (European Cooperation for Accreditation) formalised its relationship with the European Commission by signing the Framework Partnership Agreement. This agreement sets out the terms and conditions of the relationship that will see EA as the official European accreditation infrastructure, in order to achieve the common policy aims and objectives envisaged in Regulation 765.
